The Carole and Marcus Weinstein Jewish Community Center exists to provide the highest quality educational, physical, and spiritual wellness programs and experiences for all ages and abilities, guided by Jewish values and culture. The Weinstein JCC provides a safe, inclusive environment for the community to gather and build meaningful connections.

"As an educator I believe in the life long effects of quality child care on children. As a single parent the cost of quality child care and programming is financially overwhelming. Without the Weinstein JCC scholarship program I would have the dilemma of choosing between the quality child care and programming that the Weinstein JCC after school and summer camps provide to my child and our family's financial well being. The scholarship program has enabled me to be able to afford to continue sending my child to the Kids' Place after school program and Camp Hilbert summer camp program. Both programs have provided my child with incredible enrichment activities and experiences where he has gotten to explore, learn skills and gain knowledge about a wide array of topics: gardening, cooking, fitness, Judaism, empathy, and service to others. Beyond the programming the people providing care are second to none, the diversity of the staff and the experience they bring to the program have such a positive impact on my child. Being a parent is challenging, being a single parent can be even more challenging and as a single parent I work hard to provide my child with a diverse village of people who can help shape him into being the best human being he can be. I am incredibly thankful for the financial help that the Weinstein JCC scholarship program provides as it has afforded me the opportunity to keep my child in a village full of amazing people who go above and beyond to care for him and are invested in him becoming the best person he can be."
